At B’Bliss Luxury Hair & Beauty Studio, we are committed to delivering high-quality products and excellent service. Due to hygiene and safety standards, we have a strict return policy for all hair and beauty products.

Returns

We only accept returns under the following conditions:

The item must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.

The return must be requested and sent back within 7 days of delivery.

The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs.

To request a return, please email us at bblisshairstudio@gmail.com with your order number and reason for the return. If your return is approved, we will provide return instructions.

Non-Returnable Items

Wigs or hair extensions that have been worn, opened, brushed, washed, or altered in any way.

Custom-made wigs or personalised items.

Hair products removed from original packaging.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email. If approved, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days back to your original payment method.
